We offer STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. NO REFUNDS will be issued to the original form of payment.

● 14-Day Return Window: Items must be mailed back and received by The Rusty Rose within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

● Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as shipping costs for any exchanged items being sent back out. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

● Final Sale Items: All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

● Item Condition: All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed and packaged within 1 business day. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
